We want every session to be worth your time. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Free discovery calls

Discovery calls are free, so no payment or refund applies. Please let us know if you can no longer attend.

Cancelling a paid session

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session starts, you will receive a full refund, or you can move the session to another time at no cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, and missed sessions, are generally not refundable. We may offer one reschedule at our discretion.

If we cancel

If we need to cancel or cannot hold your session, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Not satisfied?

If a session did not match the description on our website, contact us within 7 days of the session. We review every request and will offer a follow-up session or a partial or full refund where appropriate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
